ORDER TRACKING:
After we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder. To track the delivery of your order, enter the tracking number on the Australia Post website.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Orders under $100.00:
- $10.90 for standard shipping (3-14 business days Australia-wide*)
- $14.55 for express shipping (1-4 business days Australia-wide*)
Orders over $100.00:
FREE standard shipping (excluding advertised promotional times).
Orders over $170.00:
FREE express shipping (excluding advertised promotional times).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Australia Post International Shipping For international customers, the prices quoted do not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged upon entry to your country. Please consult your local customs office for further information. IAORANA is not liable for these costs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
IAORANA is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier service. We will assist in tracing your parcel and provide as much information as possible if you choose to initiate an investigation with Australia Post. IAORANA is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to the sender due to being unclaimed, undelivered, or due to customer-entered incorrect addresses during checkout. IAORANA is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. IAORANA is not responsible for any costs or delays imposed during transit. We will not accept parcels back for a refund if the customer chooses to reject customs charges, as these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We understand your excitement to receive your IAORANA pieces as quickly as possible. That is why we ship orders during our business days from our studio in Perth, WA. Once your parcel is collected by Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that all shipping costs (intrastate, interstate, and international) are calculated after applying any coupons, discount codes, or promotions. For delivery, all orders must be signed for upon arrival, and we are unable to accommodate requests for leaving items unattended.
All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, typically within 2-5 days of the purchase. However, please be aware that during sale and promotional periods, orders may take an additional 3-5 days to arrive.
