Returns and Exchange
Having second thoughts or changed your mind?
We want you to fall in love with your IAORANA pieces, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receiving your piece. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition (with tags attached), and accompanied by proof of purchase.
IAORANA JEWELLERY does not cover the cost of return postage. Unless there was an error on IAORANA's part, you will not be required to pay the return postage fee. We recommend using a tracked postage service to trace your return, as IAORANA does not take responsibility for lost parcels.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of your order.
We accept refunds under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order. - The item is unused and in its original condition. - The item was purchased at full price.
We do not accept refunds under the following conditions:
- For hygiene reasons, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless the item is faulty. - Gift vouchers. - Purchases made at a stockist or market. - Any items purchased during a sale are final, unless the item is faulty. - Items purchased using a discount or promo code are only eligible for a store credit, unless the item is faulty.
All returned items will be inspected and checked upon receipt, and it is at the discretion of IAORANA to determine if the item meets the refund criteria mentioned above. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
How to return an item:
- Lodge your return inquiry by contacting us, providing your reason for the refund and order details. - Take the package in its original packaging to your local post office and return it to the provided address. - Once we receive your return, please allow up to five days for us to inspect and approve your returned item(s) and process your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
We understand that nobody is perfect, and neither are we. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will do our best to ensure you receive the best possible solution. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Kindly include 2-3 clear images of the item and your order details. We will be in touch with you regarding the next steps.
